Music Submission Guidelines

ZamhitsPromos welcomes music submissions from artists, producers, labels, and promoters. By submitting your music to zamhitspromos.com, you agree to the following guidelines.

1. Eligibility

  • Submissions are open to independent and signed artists
  • You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
  • You must own the rights or have full authorization to submit the music

2. Accepted Content

We accept:

  • Singles, EPs, and albums
  • Music videos
  • Promotional artwork (cover art, press photos)
  • Artist bios and press releases

Genres accepted include (but are not limited to):

  • Zambian music (Zamrock, Afrobeat, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, R&B)
  • African and international music

3. Submission Requirements

To submit your music, please ensure:

  • Audio files are high quality (MP3 or WAV preferred)
  • Music is original and not infringing on copyrights
  • Cover art is clear and appropriate
  • All information provided is accurate (artist name, song title, featured artists)

Incomplete submissions may not be reviewed.

4. How to Submit

Music submissions can be made through:

  • Submission forms on zamhitspromos.com
  • Official ZamhitsPromos email or social media channels (where applicable)

Submission does not guarantee publication.

5. Promotional Rights

By submitting your content, you grant ZamhitsPromos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Publish and promote your music
  • Share content on our website and social media platforms
  • Use submitted materials for promotional purposes

You retain full ownership of your music.

6. Editorial Control

ZamhitsPromos reserves the right to:

  • Edit content for clarity or formatting
  • Decline or remove content at any time
  • Decide how and when content is published

7. Prohibited Content

We do not accept content that:

  • Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, violence, or illegal material
  • Promotes discrimination or harmful behavior

8. Monetization & Payments

ZamhitsPromos does not guarantee payment or monetization unless a separate written agreement is made.

9. Removal Requests

Artists may request removal of their content by contacting ZamhitsPromos.
Removal is subject to review and may take reasonable time.

10. Changes to These Guidelines

These Music Submission Guidelines may be updated at any time.
Continued submissions indicate acceptance of any changes.
